At MiLB Store, we want you to represent your favorite team with pride; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached and include the printed packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
